SNC, with registered office in Rocca Pietore (BL) via Pian 11, 32023, CF and PI 00080480254 (hereinafter “ La Fosina ”) is the owner, pursuant to art. 26 GDPR, of the processing of your personal data necessary to: process and manage your orders, ship the products you purchased, provide you with the necessary after-sales assistance, manage the return procedure for the products purchased, keep you informed about the availability of a product in the Store, comply with the provisions of tax legislation and other legal obligations.

La Fosina is the independent controller of the processing of your personal data necessary for the management of your registration account at the Store, for the management and maintenance of the Store, for the management of customer requests made through Customer Care (for purchases that you have not made on the Store or in the event of a request for information on La Fosina products) and, after obtaining your consent, for marketing purposes.

a) To provide you with the products and services you have purchased and send you communications relating to your order or payments. La Fosina will process your data to manage your order, confirm your purchase and manage ancillary services such as shipping of purchased products. Without your data we will not be able to manage and process your order.

The legal basis for this processing is the execution of the sales contract to which you are a party from the moment you accept the terms and conditions of sale of the Store.

The retention period of your data is equal to the period necessary to process the order (without prejudice to the fact that if other treatments are applicable, for example after-sales assistance and management of the administrative position, the retention period is that indicated in relation to such treatments in this information).

b) To allow you to register on the Store. La Fosina will process your personal data to allow you to create a account within the Store, whether you make a purchase on the Store or not.

The legal basis for this processing is the execution of a contractual/pre-contractual request by you.

The period of retention of your data, in addition to that necessary to process your eventual order, will be equal to the period of activity of your account , which in any case will be deactivated after 24 months from your last access or your last action on the account.

c) To update you on the availability of a product. Following your explicit request, La Fosina will process your personal data to update you on the availability in the Store of the product you requested.

The retention period of your data is equal to the period necessary to process the request.

d) To provide you with the necessary after-sales assistance, for example to manage returns and in compliance with the legislation applicable to product warranties. La Fosina will process your data to provide you with assistance, to manage the return and/or repair of the products you purchased in the Store in accordance with the applicable legislation and the general conditions of sale of the Store.

The legal basis for this processing is compliance with legal obligations and the retention period is equal to the time necessary to fulfill the obligations required by applicable legislation (in particular in terms of consumer protection).

e) To properly manage your administrative position. La Fosina will process your data for accounting, administrative and tax purposes, directly connected to the business activity of La Fosina and required by applicable laws.

The legal basis for this processing is compliance with legal obligations and the retention period is equal to that required by the legislation (in particular civil, fiscal, anti-money laundering, banking and public security).

f) To allow you to interact with customer service operators . La Fosina may use your personal and contact details to assist you in the event that you need help in using the products purchased on the Store

The legal basis is the execution of the sales contract that you have concluded with La Fosina or the execution of pre-contractual requests. The retention period of your data in relation to this processing is equal to the time necessary to process your request (without prejudice to the fact that if other processing is applicable, the retention period is that indicated in relation to such processing in this information notice).

g) For direct marketing purposes/newsletter subscription. Upon your prior consent, you may be contacted by La Fosina by email or other electronic communication tools with information or offers of products and services offered by the Store, also following your subscription to the newsletter by entering your email address.

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, which, as far as subscription to the newsletter only is concerned, consists in entering your email address.

The retention period for your data is 24 months from the collection of your data.

h) To send commercial proposals and offer products in line with your preferences. With your consent, La Fosina analyses your personal data and your use of the site and the Store, your purchasing and consumption preferences of the products to improve its approach towards you and its customers in general, through automated processing that includes profiling. La Fosina does this in order to send you personalised commercial communications and to be able to make better decisions in relation to services, advertising, products and content that are based on greater awareness of how customers use the services offered on the site and to guarantee you a more personalised experience.

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent.

The retention period for your data is 12 months from the collection of your data.

For the purposes from a) to f) referred to in the previous paragraph, the provision of data is necessary to allow you to create an account on the site, make purchases in the Store and receive the other services available on the site.

For the purposes from g) to h), the provision of data is optional, any refusal will not cause any prejudice for the purposes from a) to g). The interested party may at any time revoke his consent, but this will not prejudice in any way the processing carried out by La Fosina prior to such revocation.

The data will be processed and stored at the offices and IT systems of La Fosina.

Personal data may also be communicated, including to allow you to interact with customer service, to companies that provide services - specifically appointed as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 GDPR - which are based in countries outside the European Union and, in particular, in United States of America .
